Most shipments are delivered within 2 to 3 business days, If you need faster delivery of your order, please send us an email with your USPS, United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx are our current shipping providers for all shipments by Nature Lovin.com, All flat rate shipping is sent USPS in most cases.requestto: info@NatureLovin.com. We can arrange UPS Express or FedEx Shipping ( next day or 2nd day, etc), shipment charges for UPS Express or FedEx Shipping are much higher compared to regular flat rate shipping.
All in-stock orders are usually shipped next day or within 3 days depending on our workload. If there is a back order, it may take up to two (2) weeks for orders to ship but this is a rare occurrence. Every effort is made to process each order as expeditiously as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Sorry, but we only accepts returns on un-opened and un-used products. A return claim must be filed within Three days of the delivery date. Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason. We are not able to accept exchanges or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend you purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you chose not to purchase insurance and your shipment is damaged, NatureLovin.com cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved for re-stocking, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued. If you are returning an item due to preference and not a NatureLovin.com error (wrong product) and you received free shipping, you will receive a refund equal to the full purchase amount minus the cost of shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and a buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
